Tri-County Housing Development Corporation Earns Pyramid Award for Historic Renovation

HARRISBURG –May 1, 2018—The Tri-County Housing Development Corporation (TCHDC) earned a Pyramid Award for “Best Historical Renovation” in the under $250,000 category from the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg on April 20 for its Mulder Square revitalization project.

Darrell Livingston, Operations Manager of TCHDC, accepted the award on behalf of the TCHDC and its south Allison Hill project, named after the Mulberry and Derry Street area it is rejuvenating. The project is a cooperative effort between TCHDC, the city of Harrisburg, the Harrisburg Housing Authority, Brethren Housing and the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority. The Pyramid Award Program recognizes outstanding design, workmanship and product that the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg is offering to the people in the Harrisburg region. It celebrates the “Best of the Best!”.
